FORT MYERS - The largest and oldest pro-life group in Florida endorsed Lizbeth Benacquisto for the Republican nomination for Florida Senate District 27.
"Given her commitment to pro-life positions, our endorsement of Lizbeth Benacquisto was a natural," said Carrie Eisnaugle, President of Florida Right to Life. "As our next Senator, Lizbeth Benacquisto will protect the unborn and be a tireless advocate for conservative values."
Matt Ozolnieks, Chairman of Florida Right to Life Political Action Committee, added: "We believe Lizbeth will win the Republican nomination for Florida Senate District 27 in large part because she stays true to the values of life that make Florida a better place to raise a family. We know that Lizbeth will stand with other strong conservatives and lead our state in a better direction. She will be a great addition to the pro life majority in Tallahassee."
Ozolnieks continued, "Lizbeth Bencquisto is interested in fostering the culture of life in Florida. This is why the Florida Right to Life PAC has endorsed Lizbeth Benacquisto for Florida Senate District 27. In District 27, on election day, there is clearly only one name to know - Lizbeth Benacquisto."
Florida Right to Life is the state's largest, and oldest pro-life group, with chapters throughout Florida.
The endorsement by Florida Right to Life PAC follows endorsements by other pro-life, pro-family strong conservative leaders.
"Lizbeth Benacquisto demonstrates the kind of character, competence and commitment needed in the Florida legislature," said Florida Rep. Dennis Baxley, former Executive Director of Florida's Christian Coalition. "Lizbeth shares my concern for protecting life, guarding our families against big-government liberalism, and standing up for conservative values. Uncertain times require proven leadership. Lizbeth has it and she gets it."

"We share a belief that life is sacred and that conservative leaders should defend against encroachments by liberals to expand government. I look forward to taking our message of family values to the State Senate, and am honored by the continued outpouring of endorsements from strong conservative leaders who share my mission of turning our state around and getting Florida on the right track."
